The two labels on the sign were taken from the plastic bags that carried the stem cells from Sofia's umbilical cord and from her bone marrow.

Almost every one of the 13 rooms at 6W - Stem Cell Transplant Unit at Children's Hospital Boston has a similar sign, it's created by the nurses.
